Sushi Cake

My friend Bridgett’s daughter had her birthday party this weekend, and she chose to go to a Japanese Steakhouse….so we both thought that "Sushi" cake would be an awesome addition to her party!  I have never made these before, but I did find some good pictures to help me out.  I have to admit it was harder than I expected, but for my first time, I think they turned out pretty good.

 

Supplies!  Lots of different candies for the sushi filling, and tons of white sprinkles for "rice", and black sugar for the "seaweed"
